There are 8 mindfulness Pilates classes a week to choose from, join me on zoom or in Canford Cliffs in Poole, Dorset. Choose from matwork Pilates or Chair Pilates.

Classes are maximum 10 clients in each class, properly taught, tailored to you after your initial 121 or 121 transformational programme. Once you’ve done your 121 or 121 programme and are ready for class, you can join the classes.

You’ll receive the same individual attention and support— without the hassle of travel, traffic, or parking.   • before joining a class, all clients have done a 121 or 121 transformational programme so that when you join class you are comfortable, know how to do the basics well and so that the Pilates can be tailored to you.

What brought you to pilates? I have 2 friends who do Pilates and they knew I was having problems with my back and recommended I give it a try. One of them recommended you to me and the rest is history!

How has pilates has helped you? When I started I couldn’t support myself on my wrists - now I can. I used to have to crawl from the mat to the dresser to pull myself up - now I can get up by myself without support!

What are zoom lessons like? Lovely, I enjoy the challenge and the relaxation.

What’s your one to one like and how do you feel after? I look forward to my 1-1’s and feel really good afterwards. I play meditation music and use sweet orange essential oil so a feast for all the senses.
