Helen is Marketing Director at Bright Red Digital and a Women in Business Network (WIBN) franchisee. We talk about how it can be a big struggle to fit things in, however, there comes a point where you need to make a change.

We discuss how the stress to calm tools, breathing and mindfulness Pilates have supported Helen with her back issues, grief, health, fibromyalgia and overwhelm. Helen shares her motto as a real people person, her background in fashion design and how a road traffic accident and pain changed the path she went down.
