I'm happy to invite you to two brand new Mindfulness Pilates classes in the heart of Canford Cliffs—designed to uplift both body and mind.

These are not just ordinary Pilates sessions. Each class weaves together:

  • Core-strengthening Pilates exercises

  • Breathing techniques to shift from stress to calm

  • Positive affirmations for mental clarity

  • A moment of 1-minute journaling for mindset & inner focus

Perfect for men and women of all abilities, these sessions help:

  • Improve core & back strength, posture, balance & flexibility

  • Support your nervous system through mindfulness & breath

  • Boost your mental wellbeing with journaling and calm reflection

Class Details:

  • Friday 23rd May – 9:30–10:30am  (Taster)

  • Wednesday 28th May (Taster) – 6:00–7:00pm


Arrive 5 minutes early to settle in


Location: Canford Cliffs Village Hall

Bring: A mat, towel, cushion, pen + notebook (and band if you have one)

Max 12 per class
