I'm happy to invite you to two brand new Mindfulness Pilates classes in the heart of Canford Cliffs—designed to uplift both body and mind.

These are not just ordinary Pilates sessions. Each class weaves together:

  • Core-strengthening Pilates exercises

  • Standing strength and balance work

  • Breathing techniques to shift from stress to calm

  • Positive affirmations for mental clarity

  • A moment of 1-minute journaling for mindset & inner focus

Perfect for men and women of all abilities, these sessions help:

  • Improve core & back strength, posture, balance & flexibility

  • Support your nervous system through mindfulness & breath

  • Boost your mental wellbeing with journaling and calm reflection

Class Details:

  • Friday 11th, 18th and 25th July – 9:30–10:30am  (Taster)

  • Or Chair Pilates class Fridays 10.45am-11.30am

  • and weekly

  • Taster classes are £20. This includes your class, 15 tips to reduce back pain to feel good, 3 minute breathe and stretch video and 1 minute stress to calm breathing video


Arrive 5 minutes early to settle in


Location: Canford Cliffs Village Hall, Ravine Road, Poole, Dorset.

Bring: A mat, towel, cushion, pen + notebook (and band if you have one)

  • How to do Pilates desk stretches & meditation at the desk/ daily 30 second stretches & 1 minute meditations

  • What’s app group for accountability and motivation

- how to practice daily

  • before joining a class, all clients have either done a 121 programme, telephone & zoom consultation or small group taster Pilates beginners class so that when you join class you are comfortable,

  • prices £64 per month (1 class a week)
