2: 1: ⭐️🪑 Chair Pilates 121 or 122 toolbox introductory lesson on zoom or in person in Canford Cliffs, Poole, Dorset.

3: ⭐️🪑 Chair Pilates classes take place every Tuesday at 8.15am on zoom

Beverley Densham BSc Hons

Beverley Densham is a Mindfulness Pilates teacher of over 27 years & Author. She graduated  from the University of Brighton with a Degree in Sports Science. She had successful Pilates Studios in Hertfordshire for 16 years then re-located to Dorset by the sea, her happy place.

She now teaches Mindfulness Pilates & stress management online on zoom and in person with meditation, mindset, journalling & positive affirmations. Helping reduce back pain to feel good, reducing stress to calm, anxiety to calm & to be stronger in body & mind.

She is host of the Mindfulness Pilates podcast

Author of 5 books including the Stress to Calm series of books are for stress management, better mental health & wellbeing with co-Author Janey Lee Grace.
