Strengthen your body and calm your mind in my new Mindfulness Pilates classes—designed for all abilities, men & women welcome.

I combine classic Pilates with:

* Breathing techniques to move from stress to calm

* Positive affirmations

* 1-minute journaling for clarity + mindset

* Thursday 3rd July 9.15am-10.15am at the zoom studio

Location: online on zoom (maximum 10 clients in the class)

What to bring: Mat, towel, cushion, band, pen + notebook

* Taster class £20

* You can then join the regular class membership
